Speechnotes – voice type your notes

There is something cool about dictating notes to an assistant that it makes people feel powerful.  Speechnotes really takes notes while you speak to the app. Apart from the lighter side of voice typing, it is super productive. It’s quite accurate and works offline as well.  Dictating this short paragraph was quite natural, though editing sentences and phrases still requires the keyboard. Really hard to find flaws and does get a full thumbs up from us, now if we could just get the corner office.

Tommy the Turtle – Learn to Code

Everybody loves shouting out commands, you just wish somebody would listen. Well we’re in luck as we now have Tommy a little turtle who will do just as we command

This tiny app is a very interesting take on programming a turtle to do as you say. If you’ve ever fiddled with Logo this app is a straight inspiration from it. A nice start for kids to get the hang of programming, what’s missing is some fun moves and changing scenes.
