Fotor does two thing well, capture images and then edit them. The camera side of the app offers many scene settings, focus & blur adjustments, exposure settings and more. Ofcourse you can click and let fotor choose everything automatically. The editor side of the app has many filters, effects, borders and really a lot of options to play with. Fastcut – video shorts in minutes

Video shorts is the new rage on social media. Unlike photo editing, making great videos has always been in the realm of laptops and PCs, simply because of the number of step needed. First you get to shoot some great content, then snip it up into small usable chunks and squeeze as much action as possible into the smallest amount of time, well kind of.

Ticklr – customize those boring notifications

Lollipop made big improvements with notifications and we thought it was really hard to make it any better until we came across Ticklr. This tiny app makes notifications color coded, can wake up the screen if you need it, control text speed and leave you room for more customizations. Its slick and brings very useful features to a seemingly simple notifications area. – TheAppCurators

Paperplane – gorgeous travel itinerary

We haven’t seen a better looking travel plan. Pictures, landmarks, hotels, routes all picked beforehand without questions and presented with elegance. Mind you the app is still in beta, but nevertheless we gave it a spin and were impressed.

If your to-do list nags you every minute, Shifu is the app to help you out. Being context aware, location aware, device status aware, helps Shifu to know when to prompt and when to just stay quiet. You can snooze incoming calls, and the app will remind you to call back.
